I read every email personally. Limited expat clients in Korea — real concierge, not a call center.

Hi — I'm Eric, the founder of Havenus.
Havenus is a deliberately small operation. Rather than scaling a call center, I handle every visa personally for a limited number of expats in Korea.
I started this because I watched friends navigate Korean embassy forms in a language they never signed up to learn — and then pay agents who couldn't explain the process back to them in English. That felt backward.
My commitment: every email lands with me. Every document, I read myself. Every application, I prepare as if it were my own. If that matches what you need, reach out.

contact@havenus.krJust tell us where you’re going — in English. Submit the contact form and you’ll receive an instant plan in your inbox: document checklist, pricing, and next steps. Your Havenus concierge then follows up personally within 24 hours.
It depends on the visa type. • E-Visas (Vietnam, Indonesia, and similar): fully online — you can apply from anywhere. • Embassy visas (China, Japan, US B1/B2): you must be physically in Korea, since these require physical document submission at the Seoul embassy. Not sure which category your visa falls into? Reply to your Welcome email and your concierge will confirm within 24 hours.
Requirements vary by visa type, but typically include a valid passport (6+ months validity) and a recent photo. Depending on the embassy’s review, additional documents may be requested. After you submit the contact form, we send a tailored checklist specific to your visa — no guesswork.
Processing times range from 4–5 business days for e-Visas to 10–30 days for embassy visas like US B1/B2. Each service card shows the estimated timeline for your specific visa. Note: these are embassy processing times, not your Havenus response time. Your Havenus concierge replies to every inquiry within 24 hours.
For most visa types, no — we handle the entire submission on your behalf. The one exception is visas requiring an in-person interview (most notably US B1/B2), where the applicant must appear at the embassy themselves. In those cases, we fully prepare you beforehand: document package, likely questions, what to say and what to avoid.
Honest answer: visa refusals are usually about the applicant’s individual circumstances — finances, travel history, stated purpose — not document quality. Embassies don’t refund their fees, and no honest agency can guarantee approval. What we do offer: if your visa is refused and you decide to re-apply through us, we reduce our service fee significantly (typically 30–50% off, depending on the visa type). Embassy fees remain non-refundable as per government policy.
Yes. Havenus is a Licensed Travel Agency registered in Korea. Our refund policy, in plain English: • Before you upload any documents: full refund minus a ₩10,000 admin fee. • After you’ve uploaded documents but before we submit to the embassy: 50% refund (your documents have already been reviewed). • After embassy submission: embassy fees are non-refundable per government policy, and service fees are no longer refundable.
Currently: bank transfer in KRW (Korean won) — details are shared after you submit the contact form. Card payment (international cards welcome) is launching within days via Toss Payments. Your Havenus concierge will let you know which methods are active when you reach out.
