1. Service Description

서비스 설명

Havenus provides visa application assistance for foreigners residing in Korea. Our services include consultation on visa requirements, document checklist preparation and review, document submission through our licensed partner agency, and application status updates.

Havenus는 한국 거주 외국인을 위한 비자 신청 대행 서비스를 제공합니다. 목적지 국가별 비자 요건 상담, 구비서류 체크리스트 안내 및 검토, 공식 파트너 에이전시를 통한 서류 제출, 신청 진행 상황 안내를 포함합니다.

Havenus는 비자 신청 대행 서비스입니다. 대사관, 영사관, 또는 출입국 당국이 아닙니다. 비자 승인/거절 결정은 전적으로 해당 대사관/영사관의 권한입니다.

2. Service Process

서비스 절차

1. Inquiry / 문의 — Contact us via email at contact@havenus.kr with your destination and nationality.
2. Quotation / 견적 — We confirm the visa type, required documents, estimated processing time, and total fee (including embassy fees).
3. Document Submission / 서류 제출 — You provide the required documents. We review them for completeness and accuracy.
4. Payment / 결제 — You pay the total fee after document review and before application submission.
5. Application Submission / 신청서 제출 — We submit your application through our licensed partner agency.
6. Result / 결과 — We notify you of the result (approval or rejection) as soon as we receive it.

3. Estimated Processing Times

예상 처리 기간

Processing times are estimates based on normal embassy operations. Actual times may vary due to embassy workload, holidays, or additional document requests. Havenus is not liable for delays caused by embassies.

4. Pricing & Payment

가격 및 결제

Fees listed above include our service fee and all applicable embassy/consular fees. The total fee is what you pay — there are no additional charges unless otherwise communicated during the quotation stage.

위 금액은 서비스 수수료와 대사관/영사관 수수료를 포함한 총액입니다.

5. Refund Policy

환불 정책

5-1. Definition of Havenus Error / Havenus 귀책사유의 정의

The following constitute an error attributable to Havenus:

• Incorrectly entered information that was accurately provided by the client.
• Omitted documents that were submitted by the client.
• Applied for the wrong visa type.
• Failed to submit the application within the required deadline due to Havenus's own delay.

The following do NOT constitute a Havenus Error:

• Client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Client failed to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe.
• Changes in embassy policies, processing delays, or rejection at the embassy's discretion.
• The authenticity or suitability of documents as determined by the embassy.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information and documents.
• Respond to requests for additional information within the timeframe specified.
• Not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents.
• Inform us of any changes to your travel plans or personal information.

7. Our Responsibilities

Havenus의 의무

• Reviewing your documents for completeness before submission.
• Submitting your application through our licensed partner agency in a timely manner.
• Keeping you informed of your application status.
• Protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

책임 제한

• Havenus is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or decisions made by embassies.
• Havenus is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Havenus is not responsible for embassy policy changes or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fee you paid for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

지적재산권

All content on the Havenus website (text, design, logos, images) is the property of Havenus and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

준거법

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁 발생 시 서울 소재 법원을 관할로 합니다.

11. Changes to These Terms

약관 변경

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
